Terms and conditions
This page is a draft awaiting the shop's review.
Draft — to be reviewed and approved by the shop owner before publication.
Orders
An order placed on the website is a request. It is confirmed only when the shop confirms it on WhatsApp or by phone. Opening WhatsApp from the website does not by itself confirm an order.
Prices
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are set each day by the shop. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a price changes before you place the order, the website shows the change and asks you to accept it.
Weights
Fresh fruit is weighed at packing. Where the weight differs from the ordered weight, the shop will tell you before delivery.
Availability
Stock depends on the morning's arrivals. If an item is unavailable after you order, the shop will offer a replacement or remove it from your order.
Delivery
We deliver only to the areas listed on the Delivery information page.
Payment
Online payment is not available on the website. The shop confirms payment options with you when your order is confirmed.
